About the instructor

Marija Raičević is a young professional with seven years of experience in the NGO and business sectors in Serbia and abroad, in the areas of marketing and public relations. As a high school student, she began applying for programs and competitions, successfully winning opportunities available to less than 1% of candidates. Through this process, she developed a practical understanding of how to test ideas, how to communicate with people, and how to identify and create real opportunities. Through her initiative OverThinker, she shares practical advice and personal experiences in the areas of personal and professional development, with the desire to inspire young people to work on themselves, push their own boundaries, and create a life and career on their own terms. Her direct experience in applying entrepreneurial thinking – from testing ideas through MVPs to learning from real results – makes her the ideal person to lead this workshop and help participants develop skills that enable them to be more active and creative in their professional and personal growth.
